Retired recently after a 32 year career in the Ontario Public Service. First as a Human Resources Consultant for various ministries (Ministry of Government Services, Management Board Secretariat, and Ministry of the Attorney General), and then serving 4 Lieutenant Governors of Ontario – 10 years as Chief of Staff and Private Secretary.

He has travelled extensively in the province, and has had the privilege of engaging with Ontario’s varied Indigenous and cultural communities; political leadership at all orders of government; the diplomatic corps; and state visitors.

For the Lieutenant Governor, he commissioned art exhibitions, organized community roundtables, and gala events to aid in understanding of the province’s people and to celebrate important historic milestones.

He obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from York University and in 2022, was invested as a Lieutenant in the Royal Victorian Order. He lives in Toronto with his wife and 2 children.
